General terms of redemption*

  • An article can be taken back in case of wrong order, cancellation or on customer request
  • The article must be in its original packaging
  • The article must not have been assembled
  • A credit note will be issued minus the return freight costs (depending on region/zip code and weight) – on request
  • Pickup and replacement deliveries are usually made separately, except for orders with contract/assembly
