General terms of redemption*
- An article can be taken back in case of wrong order, cancellation or on customer request
- The article must be in its original packaging
- The article must not have been assembled
- A credit note will be issued minus the return freight costs (depending on region/zip code and weight) – on request
- Pickup and replacement deliveries are usually made separately, except for orders with contract/assembly
