Use of our logo

Contact data storage:

• Data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can use an already granted Consent to the storage of contact data can be revoked at any time. For this purpose, an informal notification by e-mail to us is sufficient.
• You are only entitled to use our logo data in connection with the storage of your contact data. At deletion of your contact data the right to use our data expires immediately.

Recommendation:

• Develop your own private label! Give the Hammerbacher furniture ranges their own names.
• Use your own GTIN numbers. The furniture will be shipped by us neutrally!

Termination:

• This agreement on the right of use can be terminated with a notice period of one month.
• The right of termination without notice remains unaffected by this regulation in case of serious violations of this agreement. This includes, for example, the unauthorized transfer of the logo to third parties, its use on sales platforms on sales platforms (e.g. Amazon, ebay, Mercateo etc.) or the pretence of an official Hammerbacher webshop.

Logo use:

• Our logo is our property and may not be passed on to third parties for their use.
• Our logo may only be used as long as you purchase the respective products directly from us and not through third parties.
• Editing of the logo is not permitted.
• The logo may only be used if Hammerbacher GmbH is
  – named as partner/supplier/brand on the website/webshop or in the catalogue,
  – the URL where the logo appears once must be specified
  – Catalogue name and page must be named.

• The logo may not be used

– in your offer to end customers or as an offer attachment
– in your webshop/catalogue with the sales items
